Title: Commercial CSR

Location: Port Angeles, WA

Brief Description of the Position and Duties:

This position is to service new and current commercial lines clients and prospects in all interactions.  The tasks range from quoting new prospects originated by the producer to administering changes to an active account.  The CSR will provide support to current producer and account executive with an initial assigned set of tasks that will grow over time.  This is an ideal position to move up within the agency and start a career in the insurance industry. We want a person that wants to learn, adapt and work with a team.  No insurance experience is necessary.  We provide training, continuing education and a fun working environment.

Title: Receptionist & Executive Assistant                                                                                                                  

Location: Bremerton, WA

Brief Description of the Position and Duties:

This position is to provide general office support normally associated with a receptionist and executive assistant.  Answering phones, processing incoming and outgoing mail correspondence, processing payments, writing basic letters and processing basic changes with the oversight of a licensed agent.  No insurance experience required.

Title: Commercial Lines Producer

Location: Bremerton, WA

Brief Description of the Position and Duties:

This position is to solicit new prospects, cross sell to current agency commercial clients and prospects.  Ideally a candidate would be or intend to be a licensed Property & Casualty agent within the first three to six months.  This is a sales position with cold and warm calling expected as the candidate develops skills and appropriate training, however, agency actively markets to develop incoming warm leads for our licensed producers.  We pay for all training and licensing fees.

Compensation:

Title: Marketing Cordinator                                                                                                             

Location: Port Angeles, WA

Brief Description of the Position and Duties:

This position is to develop and implement marketing strategies to existing and prospective clients and review all current marketing strategies within current budget.  Duties and responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the list below:

Qualifications:

  • No insurance license required – this is an unlicensed position
  • Two years of post-high school education or equivalent training
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – (Outlook, Excel and Word) and high aptitude to all aspects of the internet.  Publisher and other development software is necessary to function in this job
  • Imaging software and camera proficiency is necessary
  • High level of communication both verbal and written, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage communication with management on specific tasks and goals

Compensation:

This is an hourly compensated position with the expectation of 15 to 25 hours a week on a negotiable schedule mostly during normal business hours.  Telecommuting is acceptable for certain aspects of this job and is negotiable.
